Cynthia Sharp

Attorney Cynthia Sharp is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Cynthia is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, where she has served as Secretary, and serves as Co-Chair of the Camden County Bar Association and its Committee on Elderly. She is also Secretary of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of the Elder Law Attorneys and is past president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of South Jersey. She has served as the Legislative Coordinator and Co-editor of the newsletter for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Elder Law Section and the Borough of Haddon Heights Coordinator of the Camden County Office of Aging.

She is the immediate past President of the Alzheimer's Association South Jersey Chapter and founder of the Association's Spring Golf Classic, which she has chaired for 8 years. She was a staff member of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee under Senator Robert Dole from 1980 to 1981. Attorney Cynthia Sharp received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Ball State University, her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and her LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Prior to opening an estate planning and elder law firm, Cynthia provided high-level tax planning for business clients.

Charles Bratton

Attorney Charles (Chris) Bratton's practice encompasses a wide range of areas including elder law, asset preservation, Medicaid planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, disability planning, fiduciary litigation, and both commercial and residential real estate matters. He is very familiar with the needs of the elderly and concentrates his practice on assisting our senior population and their families. Attorney Bratton’s experience places him in a unique position of realizing the needs of families and being able to provide those families with extensive personal attention. He continues this attentive family approach in his current practice.

Chris is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Elder Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections, the Mercer County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association and its Probate and Trust Committee, Public Benefits Committee, Committee on the Elderly, Membership Committee and the Young Lawyers Committee. He is the Chair of the Camden Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee. Chris regularly volunteers his time to the Alzheimer’s Association as well as the Camden County Office on Aging.

Chris has appeared as a guest on television educating the audience on recent Court decisions. He has also engaged in numerous professional speaking opportunities ranging from local community speeches to County Bar Associations to speaking at major colleges, such as Widener University and Stockton College. Chris has written numerous articles and has been published extensively in various publications.

Chris is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
